Added extra offline mode tests so that each online mode unit test has an offline counterpart. These include UserAlert set status, metrics and events.
Found that Metrics.get() wasn't working, so changed it to accept a list of runs and return a dict instead of a model. Not sure what this should really return... @kzscisoft ?
