Custom WebAppContext

I'm trying to integrate Sitemesh 3 with incoming Apache Struts version 7.0.0, yet there is no way to provide either a custom WebAppContext (to be able to override getPath()) or some other mechanism to select current path.

Here is an example app and PR trying to play with different decorators for different paths - Struts 7 isn't released yet and I temporary resolved issue by setting

request.setAttribute(RequestDispatcher.FORWARD_SERVLET_PATH, finalLocation);

I'm still struggling with Sitemesh integration. That PR reverted the previous approach with setting up FORWARD_SERVLET_PATH and this broke existing integration based on decorating the final JSP files, here is an example
apache/struts-examples#461

Not sure how Struts can be integrated with Sitemesh now :\
