Example is out of date

Hey guys,

thanks for providing this example as we currently have exactly this use case and it's not straightforward to do it correctly with Kafka. Unfortunately this example is out of date as strimzi refactored the operator and does not use a statefulset anymore, but controls the pods directly with a custom KafkaNodePools CR. It would be great if you could provide an updated way to expose Kafka with strimzi correctly.
