Clean up documentation to reflect current project status: - Archive completed investigation reports (reliability, absorption bugs, etc.) - Archive completed weekly milestone reports (Weeks 3-4, 5-6, 7-8) - Archive completed phase reports (Phase 3, Phase 4) - Update NEXT_STEPS.md to reflect actual completion status: * Phase 5 validation: 83.8% pass rate (exceeds 80% target) * 8-week roadmap: All weeks 1-8 complete * Current focus: Expand test coverage to 7+ diverse paths * Target: 85-90% pass rate across all scenarios All archived files moved to archive/ directory with README explaining the archive structure and policy. This prevents diving back into closed issues and clarifies remaining work for Phase 5 completion.
