Updated DEPLOYMENT.md to include changes in Slack App creation#251

Slack has upgraded the way users create new apps. New apps are no longer supported by slack-ruby-bot. It's necessary to create a Classic Slack App in order for slack-ruby-bot to function.

Thanks, merged. The next logical question is what path does one using the "legacy" bot integration need to take to get to a non-legacy place? I opened #252. I have so many bots I'll eventually have to figure it out, but would be nice if someone beat me to it ;) |
