- Claude Code plugin section now shows both steps: install plugin AND set ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL (plugin only auto-starts tamp, doesn't route) - Add macOS launchd plist instructions (only systemd/Linux was documented) - Document health endpoint for checking session stats and savings - Fix tagline: "zero code changes" -> "one env var, no code changes"
