Update policies when SLSA level changes #262
Description
When hardening repos, we don't have a CLI command to update the policy to reflect changes in SLSA levels.
In fact, sourcetool status SHOULD detect the increase in SLSA level and suggest updating the policy to the newly achieved slsa source level.
