Add continuous pre-rap speed/glow automation ramps (anchor-safe)

Motivation

• Introduce smooth visual-energy automation across the pre-rap callout so the buildup, DnB return, and drum-fill lead-in feel continuous into the locked rap launch anchor at 03:25.012.
• Preserve all sacred anchors and section start/end boundaries while adding parameter ramps rather than moving cues.

Description

• Added automation arcs for speed and glow on this-callout-pre-rap-buildup, this-callout-dnb-return, and this-callout-drum-fill-lead-in in public/timeline.release.json to create a gentle rise, a stronger rise, and a micro-surge that ends exactly at 03:25.012.
• Adjusted the params.speed and params.glow baseline values for the DnB and drum-fill sections to match the preceding arc endpoints for seamless cross-section continuity.
• Added assertions to src/timeline/releaseTimeline.test.ts to validate the presence, shapes, and continuity of the new speed/glow arcs and to ensure the 03:25.012 rap launch anchor remains unchanged.

Testing

• Ran the updated unit tests with npm test -- src/timeline/releaseTimeline.test.ts, which completed successfully with 12 tests passing.
• Existing timeline anchor tests continued to pass and confirmed no start/end values or sacred anchors were modified.
