Bootstrap Followups

• convert embed to bootstrap
• rename _bs back to normal...
• search for pure and delete references (CSS file, JS, etc)
• Refactoring: search for CSS no longer used...
• Refactoring: use #js- and .js- prefixed selections for all JS.

First few should be easy, the last one might be worth skipping.
