sTeam Server Object permissions

Write a function to set the permissions for objects in the sTeam server. The function should be similar to getfacl() to set and modify the permissions for the sTeam server objects.

it doesn't need to be similar, but rather that getfacl() can be used as an inspiration. if someone has a different idea that is also useful, then that would be fine too.
