Can't send objects across any transport in IE.

Version of Socket.IO : 0.6

appears to fail the test "if (!('JSON' in window)){" in socket.io.js

Server receives { "$error": "Invalid message" }

Firefox and Chrome are fine, and people on #nodeJS haven't seen it, but very very repeatable.

You need to include json2.js in IE, since it doesn't ship with the JSON decoder.

Aaah. Thanks. (Sorry, I'm new...) Shouldn't the socket.io frontpage mention this, though? A quick search for socket.io and json2.js seems to find nothing on google.

I think that json2.js should be part of Socket.IO default package - it is 3kb minified and it will remove this problem for other users...
