client.sync proposal

I have the case, where I want to send the message to all clients, also to the client, which has already this information, because data is validated on the server and could be modified etc.

So the idea is to add a method client.sync, which will do client.send and client.broadcast.

What do you think?

probably we could use existent broadcast or send method but using a second parameter would send it to alll clients?
