Need to enhance "create_instance" with options to create a transient virtual server

Currently we can provision Transient instances using the "transientGuestFlag" in create_object.

Expected Behavior

We should have the option to create transient instances from the softlayer-python

Actual Behavior

The option is not available or not visible and documented.
