slcli hardware create needs to be better about picking OS options

slcli hardware create-options shows OSes like this

CentOS 7.0-64                                                              CENTOS_7_64
CentOS 7.0-64 Minimal for Bare Metal                                       CENTOS_7_64

since those are the same, its impossible for the customer to pick between them. slcli hardware create and slcli hardware create-options needs to switch to using the item keyName, instead of the software description keyname.

also need to update to code that looks up price ids.
