Add service now ids to ticket results in slcli

https://sldn.softlayer.com/reference/datatypes/SoftLayer_Ticket/#serviceProviderResourceId
contains the service now id, which should be displayed along side the SL id when using `slcli ticket` commands

Possibly add a way to get tickets by their service now ID as well.
