Add Account planned, unplanned and announcement events #1260.

The slcli account events, is showing the same information that the notifications UI.

I am adding the followings Ids to the tables.

This data you will see in the notification events response by rest api:

The "systemTicketId" data is that the UI shows as Id.

Is it ok, to add both ids, or I use only one, the same that the UI?
