Currently, when the mod is added to an existing save, only newly-depleted miners are marked for deconstruction (at least on non-Nauvis surfaces).

When adding Auto Deconstruct to an existing game, which already has some depleted miners/chests, it would be really nice for the mod to scan all the surfaces in the game and flag them for deconstruction as soon as the game is loaded. This should be a mod setting (probably a startup setting) in case it causes performance issues.
