add-path command is disabled

Getting the following while using the Action.

Unable to process command '::add-path::/opt/hostedtoolcache/aws-copilot/1.0.0/x64' successfully.



The `add-path` command is disabled. Please upgrade to using Environment Files or opt into unsecure command execution by setting the `ACTIONS_ALLOW_UNSECURE_COMMANDS` environment variable to `true`. Action authors who are using the toolkit should update the @actions/core package to v1.2.6 or greater to get the updated addPath and exportVariable functions.

All what need to be done is to update the dependencies. I'll do a fork and see if that helps...
