Your userscript doesn't seem to work anymore unfortunately. The title now just shows "XYZ Support - Agent - ticket/12345"

Hmm it doesn't work in Greasemonkey for Firefox v65 but works in Tampermonkey for Chrome.

Thanks for the info. I can't say that I tested this on anything but Chrome. I'll have a look in a few days and see what I can do.

Thanks. I've tried it in Tampermonkey in Firefox and it works fine, just not Greasemonkey for some reason. Greasemonkey uses less resources in comparison to Tampermonkey on Firefox. Not a biggie, don't spend too much time on this.
