Description

1. Adds data center example example14_data-center based on https://projectinnerspace.org/resources/Powering-the-AI-Revolution.pdf
2. Output updated to include additional CAPEX modifiers:
   1. One-time Flat License Fees Etc
   2. Other Incentives
   3. One-time Grants Etc
3. Orders Total Add-on CAPEX to come before Overnight Capital Cost (OCC), since it's an overnight cost item

Testing & Verification

1. Unit tests added: example14_data-center
2. Unit tests updated: example1_addons - affected by output of additional CAPEX modifier fields
3. Manual testing: Manually tested/reviewed:
