Tracking the followups

As an admin
I should be able to see progress of code reviews done by the team
In order to
Evaluate if code reviews are practiced regularly.

Suggested approach is to add a tab for 'ALL followups' which displays all the reviews which are open.
This view will be visible only of the admin. Admin user can see all the followups and discussion in this view.

Technically there is no such thing as "opened review", you can comment/like on commit at any time (and every such activity will result in creating followups for involved users). So I don't fully understand your proposal. Is this about counting commits that were not reviewed by required number of users?

Trying to solve two issues

1. To know how many commits have been reviewed ( across all authors) -- 'All Followups' will display all the comments/reviews done.
2. When there is a review there needs to be an action or a reply. Admin like to see how many such reviews need some action. -- 'All Followups' will display all code reviews which need some action.
