Update ADRs with current status of development

We learned a few things along the way:

• We need a fifth step for curation. We seem not to have an ADR about the steps? (There is an ADR about curation)
• We do have agreed on a lot of data exchange stuff between modules / steps, which should be updated in ADR 0003.
