Provide TypeScript index.d.ts typings file #69
Description
This file is needed for support of TypeScript applications. In my case I'm trying to build an Ionic2 applications which uses SoundCloud.
Information on how to provide typings is here: typings/typings#322
I'm currently trying to get this working myself, and if I have success I will submit a pull request.
