Port over markdown updates

Port over any changes in the about repo made to our markdown content in the /docs, blogposts, and podcast directories since the start of #57. We will need to look through open PRs and closed PRs when we lock our about repo temporarily in order to get these changes in so we can do our git history merge successfully.

Make sure to spot check all added records for parsing errors. Make sure embedded styles are in the correct format.
