This appears to be unnecessary.
Last time I checked, this was necessary because
core-jsuses theFunction()constructor https://sourcegraph.com/github.com/zloirock/core-js@v2.5.7/-/blob/modules/_global.js#L5 Maybe that code path isn't getting hit anymore?
