`textDocument/completion` is not implemented

Per http://langserver.org/, Code completion should be supported in this language server implementation. However, https://github.com/sourcegraph/python-langserver/blob/master/langserver/langserver.py shows that the textDocument/completion handler required for autocomplete is not implemented. Is there a timeline for adding this?

Hi, our language server was written primarily to facilitate online code browsing rather than editing, so we don't have a timeline for editing features. If you're using VS Code, the recommended extension works quite well.
