Not working on mac os high sierra

Hi there,

Fantastic idea and was looking forward to using it but it doesn't appear to be working on High Sierra. Every time I select Generate DocBlock on my function it just highlights the function name and that's it - any idea what's going on? Really want to use this!

Also not working on Ubuntu 16.04. Really want to use this tool.

Works for me on OS X high sierra, atom 1.25.1

I don't know how to verify the problem in OS X, but I'm using Kubuntu, so maybe I can help you @RichardSieg

@spadarian Still nothing, right click to generate docblock and it just highlights the function but fails to insert a docblock

@simonmelouah May I suggest you share atom ver, docblock ver and a small example where it fails? Current ver is 1.25.1 atom 0.5.0 docblock. I am a little surprised @spadarian is still on 1.17 as of 6 days ago so I will refrain from the usual suggestion to try and upgrade because the dev himself does not run on the current ver. But it works for me on 1.25 and for him on 1.17. It'd be easier if we all were on current to remove one source of variability. I wouldn't even know on top of my head how to downgrade.

No screencasts, please. If you post a snippet I can try if it works for me. I am sure it will, it's just to turn every stone. Versions are indeed aligned with mine, that's not the root cause. The other path I'd go down is interactions with other packages, so if you want to try on a blank atom (warning is that I had some problems going back after I did that myself, I'd research the best procedure first)

I am suggesting this because dev can't repro, so I suspect we need to narrow it down before he can help. Just from general dev experience, nothing special that I know about atom or this extension.

@piccolbo More than likely it's due to another package clashing with it. I'll try a blank atom and see how it goes.

Let me know if you find any clash to see if I can fix it. I don't have much experience with Atom to be honest, but the package is very simple, so I'm surprised you are having problems.

I have the version 1.17.0, but Travis (CI) uses the latest version, so I'll get a warning if something goes wrong.

@spadarian I updated it to version 0.6 and tried it on one function, it worked, then I tried it again and it failed.
