Allows power_adc_disable() to set ap3_adc_initialized to false, so the ADC will be reinitialized by the next analogRead.

This PR allows power_adc_disable() to set ap3_adc_initialized to false, so the ADC will be reinitialized automatically by the next analogRead if required.
