Accession Number can't be removed from Accession's carry forward configuration

It is counter productive since multiple accessions cannot have the same accession number

Required fields were deliberately required to be carried forward 4/21/11 as a part of a group of changes for series data entry. Not sure how bad it would be if someone tried to enter a series w/o required fields carried forward.
