Canceling override in workbench doesn't cancel the upload

1. have Multiple people logged into the database
2. upload a dataset that has new taxa
3. you will be asked if you want to override other users logged into the database, say yes.
4. it will upload the data then say it has to update the taxon tree but there are other people logged on, do you want to override. Say no.

it still uploads the data but the taxon tree is out of date. You can continue to modify the taxon tree and interact with the tree as normal. Nobody is notified until someone tries to log in
