Leaderboard row links don't act like links

There's no <a> tag or something that acts similar enough to it that allows Ctrl/Shift + clicking to open them in a new tab/window to compare a few. It feels like this did exist and was recently changed, or maybe I'm crazy.

This has been added in the leaderboards update, but only the right side of the row is a link
