The TestImportFromRepo test was flaky because it depended on a hardcoded path to a local git repository. This change refactors the test to create a temporary git repository on the fly, making the test hermetic and reliable. The test now creates a temporary directory, initializes a git repository, adds the necessary files for the test case, runs the test against this controlled environment, and cleans up afterwards.
