This change introduces a 2-second delay before hiding the documentation tooltip in the shellv2 terminal. This allows users to move their cursor from the terminal text to the tooltip itself without it disappearing immediately, enabling them to scroll or read longer descriptions comfortably. Key changes: - `useShellTerminal.ts`: Added `tooltipTimeoutRef` to manage the hide timer. Implemented `scheduleHideTooltip` (2s delay) and `cancelHideTooltip` (clear timeout). Updated `handleMouseMove` to use these functions instead of immediate state updates. - `DocTooltip.tsx`: Added `onMouseEnter` and `onMouseLeave` props to the component and passed them to the container `Box` to allow keeping the tooltip open when hovered. - `ShellTerminal.tsx` & `index.tsx`: Propagated the mouse enter/leave handlers from the hook to the `DocTooltip` component.
