The DX seems fine to me, but I had a couple of concerns around lockfile/OCI stuff. Are you expecting to add more stuff around how it will work, or is that well-understood enough to be considered implementation detail?

@itowlson as mentioned in the other comment, the lock file is already set up to handle this syntax (we designed this in when landing the initial version of the dependencies feature) |
