Jet squelcher doesn't work

The jet squelcher doesn't fire, at least not on version 4.0.1. It says "low ink" when I try to fire i even though I have a full ink tank. All other weapons work find, just not the jet squelcher. Can you please fix this?

This happens because the jet squelcher item is not in the "shooters" item tag, while I dont have a specific datapack for it, this datapack should fix this issue for now
