Possible to login with whatever username/password #6

It seems like it is possible to login with whatever credentials. config.ini has some usernames i added but when logging in with something else like "test:test" it works. Also i Saw that on line 77, col 29 in the config.ini seems to have an issue with the ' in the word "user's. everything from this Col is orange marked in VScode and If i remove the ' it looks correct. But this did not have any impact on login issues.
But perhaps it should be possible to login with whatever credentials?
