End of support: options or alternatives?

Hi, thanks for developing this plugin. We've been using it internally with success, however we noticed that eventually this plugin will not be supported anymore. What are the alternatives to using this plugin recommended by Splunk which are production ready? Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm not sure if this covers our usecase however. We're using a custom deployment of fluentd as log forwarder, one of the endpoints being Splunk. This fluentd lives outside of the k8s cluster. Will there be any equivalent of this plugin in the new Splunk OpenTelemetry Collector for Kubernetes?
