Feature Request:(?) overload writer::send_chunk(void)

Is there any reason why pion::http::writer::send_chunk(void) is not overloaded?
I'm trying to figure out, what the SendHandler i have to provide to send_chunk is actually supposed to do.

Background info: I'm trying to get Server Sent Events to work with pion.

This FR is kind of obsolete, I've found a solution.
However for the sake of consistent APIs my question is still valid.
