- changes wrt issue ValueError : StoragePasswords cannot have wildcards in namespace. #458
- allowed user to pass wildcards for fetching StoragePasswords
- added proper error message for wildcards in create and delete method
- allowed user to pass whildcards in get call for StoragePasswords - added proper exception message for wildcards in create and delete method
