docs: use dynamic data for supported network page

          I just had a chat with a prospect and they said they are not interested as Sprinter does not support all their token / route needs. So I suggest to:

• Add also the supported tokens here (fetched automatically as @BeroBurny suggested)
• Add a big disclaimer / note somewhere that new routes and tokens can be added in a matter of hours/days and that we encourage folks to reach out to / open issue if they miss anything specific
