Ability to track Sygma transfer

Idea:

• Method getTrackingUrl(transactionHash, tool, env)
  • if tool is sygma return https://scan.test.buildwithsygma.com/transfer/{transactionHash}
  • if some tool require some event id, we can fetch transaction receipt and decode event from it for that tool

Bonus:

• use API directly to provide transfer status updates
