- Fixed malformed message in greetings.yml (removed mismatched quotes and 'first issue' text) - Updated actions/first-interaction from v1 to v1.3.0 in greetings.yml - Updated actions/checkout from v3 to v4 in tests.yml - Updated actions/setup-python from v3 to v5 in tests.yml - Validated YAML syntax for both workflow files
