Please, add support to fuse3

Hi @sshock,

Debian intends to drop fuse in favor of fuse3. Please, see details here[1].

Currently, building afflib with libfuse3-dev, we got from affuse:

# affuse
affuse: FUSE support is disabled.
affuse was compiled on a Linux system that did not
have the FUSE developer libraries installed
You need to install the fuse-devl package.

Could you add support to fuse3?

Not sure what is involved to have it use fuse3, but I'll take a look when I can.

Looks like the changes I need to handle are:

1. Include header fuse3/fuse.h instead of fuse.h
2. Define FUSE_USE_VERSION=35 instead of FUSE_USE_VERSION=26
3. Link library libfuse3.so instead of libfuse.so
4. readdir operation has an extra param (enum fuse_readdir_flags flags); based on hello.c example, looks like this can simply be ignored
5. getattr operation has an extra param (struct fuse_file_info *fi); based on hello.c example, looks like this can simply be ignored
6. filler() function used by the readdir operation takes an additional param (enum fuse_fill_dir_flags flags); there's only one flag, FUSE_FILL_DIR_PLUS, and the hello.c example doesn't set it and I don't think we should either.

So I don't think this will be very hard to update.
