certificates.k8s.io/v1beta1 is deprecated in v1.19+ and unavailable in v1.22+. krustlet is updated to a version which uses certificates.k8s.io/v1.

I couldn't test with v1.22 because we don't have it in the test-dev-cluster yet (k3s only has a rc version) but it (still) works with v1.21

certificates.k8s.io/v1used instead ofcertificates.k8s.io/v1beta1so that the Stackable Agent is now compatible with Kubernetes v1.22 but not any longer with versions prior to v1.19.Review Checklist
