Add high availability support #246
Description
The problem
Currently the operator sets up standalone Spark clusters without high-availability. This is not recommended when having more that one master service running.
Proposed solution
Use ZooKeeper for HA: https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/spark-standalone.html#high-availability
