Configurable timeout

We've seen that sometimes the requests to ACS/Stackrox times out if we scan large docker images. It happens if ACS is scanning some other (large) docker image at the same time. It would therefore be great if it was possible to configure a longer timeout than default.

It's this hardcoded timeout value that should be configurable:

(For our use case with large images I guess it's not the connect timeout that's the issue, but most likely the read timeout.)

I'm not sure if increasing timeout makes sense here. Keeping long connection may be problematic. Maybe we should retry call withouth force flag here
