Scrollbar component

It's a wrapper around the SPA scrollbar component.

Installation

npm install stb-component-scrollbar

Usage

Add the singleton to the scope:

var scrollbar = require('stb-component-scrollbar');

Development mode

There is a global var DEVELOP which activates additional consistency checks and protection logic not available in release mode.
