Overflow in frmChat.AddQ()

After the bot has been running for several days, it sometimes encounters an overflow in the AddQ function, preventing it from being able to send messages until the queue is cleared or the bot is restarted.

I have confirmed this on build 489 after a system uptime of 25 days and a connection uptime of 8 days. It may have occurred earlier, but that's when I noticed it.
