Implement Imgmap

Ideally, modify it to work in one "step" so that the image can be uploaded then passed directly to imgmap. Right now the provided implementation gets applied to an already existing photo in the WYSIWYG.

However, the more I look at this, only one question (The Bullet Point one) would really benefit from an Image Map specifically. Most require the User to delve pretty deep into the UI or alternatively write out a Function.

Outside of maybe having Drag-n-Drop ordering for different steps to accomplish tasks (Which is in its own way limiting, as there are multiple ways to do these things), all I can think is to recreate the whole UI.

I've done some searching for implementations of the Office Ribbon out there to see what is available to us without having to start from scratch. Here's the highlights:

Might be able to rip it apart to build something more modular so we could build elements "on the fly" similarly to the next one in the list.

@brashrebel thoughts? I've got a few more specific questions that can be sent off tomorrow, but implementation for these special questions is looking more and more tricky unless we go all-out-crazy with it I'm thinking.
