dram_confirm_unsafe grabs the wrong part of the command to complain about

Dram is active, are you sure you want to execute -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/dram/uhd-master? [y/N] 

Should show are you sure you want to execute cmake?

Ok, I think this occurs on systems where there is no system version of cmake installed. Also, in this case, dram should point to the version of cmake that actually gets run, even on systems with a system cmake, i.e. the cmake installed in dram.
